My Orders

How do I choose the right size?

Please check our Size Guide before placing your order. If you’re still unsure, feel free to Contact us. We´ll be happy to help you find the right size.

What if I feel I chose the wrong fit after receiving my item?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Garment Quality

How should I care for my Elevé jeans?

Wash your jeans according to the care instructions on the label to help preserve their color, fit, and stretch for longer.

Do the jeans have enough stretch?

Yes. Our jeans are crafted with premium-quality denim and LYCRA® fibers, providing excellent stretch, comfort, and shape retention without losing their form with wear.

Every Elevé jean is made with carefully selected materials to deliver comfort, stretch, and durability. On our Sustainability page, you’ll find washing and care recommendations, as well as information about our fabric composition and the origin of the fibers we use, so you can learn more about the quality of your garment.
